This Privacy Policy explains how Futureboard Marketplace (“Futureboard”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you access or use Futureboard Marketplace, including our website, marketplace services, creator tools, account systems, payment integrations, APIs, downloads, and related services.
For the purposes of applicable data protection law, including Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (the “PDPA”), Futureboard acts as the data controller of the personal information described in this Policy.
By using Futureboard Marketplace, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Marketplace.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to Futureboard Marketplace and related services, including:
- Marketplace browsing and search
- User accounts and authentication
- Creator profiles and product listings
- Digital content downloads
- Purchases and payment-related workflows
- Reviews, ratings, comments, and support requests
- Security checks, malware scanning, and abuse prevention
- Marketplace APIs and developer tools
This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, or external services that are not controlled by Futureboard. Those services may have their own privacy policies.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect different types of information depending on how you use the Marketplace.
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account or sign in, we may collect:

- Email address
- Username
- Profile image or avatar
- Password or authentication credentials, where applicable
- OAuth or third-party login identifiers
- Account settings and preferences
- Creator profile information
2.2 Creator Information
If you register as a Creator or publish Content, we may collect:
- Creator name or brand name
- Public profile information
- Product listings and metadata
- Uploaded files and related assets
- License information
- Support contact information
- Payment account connection status
- Tax or payout-related metadata where required
- Marketplace performance data, such as sales, downloads, refunds, and ratings
Some Creator information may be visible publicly on the Marketplace.
2.3 Marketplace Activity
When you use the Marketplace, we may collect:
- Pages viewed
- Search queries
- Product views
- Downloads
- Purchases
- Reviews and ratings
- Wishlist or saved items
- Content reports
- Support tickets
- Device and session activity
- Referral sources
2.4 Payment Information
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PromptPay, or other supported providers.
Futureboard does not store full payment card numbers unless explicitly stated and legally permitted. However, we may receive and store limited payment-related information, such as:
- Transaction ID
- Purchase history
- Payment status
- Refund status
- Chargeback or dispute status
- Payment provider customer ID
- Creator payout status
- Billing country or region
- Tax-related metadata where required
Payment providers may collect and process your payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.
2.5 Uploaded Content and Files
When Creators upload Content, we may collect and process:
- Uploaded files
- File names
- File size
- File type
- Version information
- Checksums or hashes
- Metadata
- Screenshots and preview assets
- Documentation files
- License files
- Security scan results
We may process uploaded files for hosting, delivery, moderation, malware scanning, compatibility checks, indexing, and Marketplace operation.
2.6 Device, Log, and Technical Information

- Operating system
- Device type

- Time zone
- Referring URLs
- Pages visited
- API requests
- Crash logs
- Error logs
- Download logs

2.7 Communications
If you contact us, report a bug, submit a support request, file an intellectual property complaint, or communicate with Creators through the Marketplace, we may collect:

2.8 Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
We do not seek to collect special categories of sensitive personal data (such as health, religion, or biometric data) and ask that you do not submit such information through public listings, reviews, or support messages unless strictly necessary.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Marketplace
- Create and manage user accounts
- Authenticate users and protect accounts
- Enable Creators to upload, publish, manage, and sell Content
- Enable Customers to browse, purchase, download, and review Content
- Process purchases, refunds, disputes, and transaction records
- Connect Creators with payment providers
- Display public Creator profiles and product listings
- Deliver digital Content and manage download access
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, malware, spam, and security threats
- Moderate Content, reviews, and user activity
- Enforce our Terms of Service and Marketplace policies
- Improve performance, reliability, search, recommendations, and user experience
- Analyze Marketplace usage and business performance
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations
We do not use your personal information to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without a lawful basis or appropriate safeguards.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Depending on your location, we may process personal information under one or more legal bases, including:
- Contractual necessity: to provide Marketplace services you request

Do not publish personal information that you do not want to be publicly visible.

6.3 Between Customers and Creators
We may share limited information between Customers and Creators where necessary for:
- Purchase fulfillment
- License verification
- Customer support
- Refund or dispute handling
- Product updates
- Abuse investigation
We do not intend to share full payment card information with Creators.
6.4 For Legal and Safety Reasons
We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law or legal process
- Respond to lawful requests from authorities
- Enforce our Terms of Service
- Investigate fraud, abuse, malware, or security threats
- Protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Futureboard, users, Creators, Customers, or the public
6.5 Business Transfers
If Futureboard or the Marketplace is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, asset sale, financing, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy or provide notice of any material change.

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, or similar technologies to:

However, no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and using strong passwords or secure authentication methods.
If we become aware of a personal data breach that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where required by applicable law, within the timeframes the law requires. If you believe your account or data has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

- Supporting Creator and Customer records

If you are a Creator, deleting your account may affect access to Creator tools, listings, payouts, support obligations, and content management.

With your consent where required, we may also send product updates, Marketplace news, creator announcements, or promotional messages.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Service-related messages may still be sent when necessary.
14. Children’s Privacy
Futureboard Marketplace is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without proper consent, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
15. International Data Transfers
Futureboard Marketplace may be operated using service providers located in different countries. Your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws.
Where required by law, we will use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, such as standard contractual terms or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
16. Third-Party Links and Services
The Marketplace may contain links to third-party websites, Creator websites, documentation, social media pages, payment services, or external tools.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, security, or policies of third-party services. Please review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
17. Open-Source and Community Contributions
Futureboard may operate open-source projects, community spaces, issue trackers, repositories, forums, or documentation systems.
Information you post publicly in community spaces may be visible to others. Please avoid posting private or sensitive information in public channels.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When we make material changes, we may notify you through the Marketplace, website, email, or other reasonable means, and update the “Last Updated” date above. The updated Privacy Policy will become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of the Marketplace after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
